The hotel was conveniently situated in the old town. The staff were excellent. However although we upgraded to a delux room, our room did not have a window. The walls are thin and you can hear the comings and goings of everyone on the corridor. Breakfast was good. There was a wide range of choices available.

The hotel was great . The guy at reception even helped me find food at 11.50pm. But coming from Da Nang I found the location too noisy. The breakfast was great . They even helped me by packing breakfast for my daughter as she wasnt well. Lovely experience . Thank you

Smooth check in process, front desk lady Trang Vu very good in her service, always smiling and helpful. Location is very convenient in the old quarter, make it easy for tour bus to pick up & drop off. Breakfast Pho taste good!
